4 The roller shafts all adopt 40Cr alloy steel with heat treatment, and the maximum width for rolling is 2mm

5 The machine can be divided into two parts, and it is convenient to transport, lift and  put together 

6 There install bearings in all rollers, and there is no linear speed difference when roll forming, which guarantee no scratch

7 All the rollers are processed by CNC machine tool

8 Length and quantity are controlled by computer, and the PLC brand is Mitsubishi

9 The curving machine also be improved based on the imported equipmentds

Side roller is adjustable, so we can make tiny adjustment when forming kinds of sheet with different thickness
